Aom2 would like to thank you for your visit; this document contains the Terms and Conditions agreement for your visit and stay.
This agreement applies to Aom2 itself, as well as the use of all its services.
1. Legal agreement

2. User Identity/Account Creation
By creating a user identity (referred to as "User ID" and "Account"), completing and submitting the Aom2 registration form, you represent that you have reviewed, understand, and are in full compliance with the Terms of Service. This covers any type of virtual content available, as well as the exchange of such content between other online games.
I). You may not, directly or indirectly, encourage, incite or direct other team members Aom2 to violate the Terms of Service, the Rules of Conduct or any applicable rules.

6. Other Termination Procedures

1.) Aom2 is a non-profit organization, with members and cells located in various parts of the world, in order to bring free fun;
2.) Aom2 does not intend to bring any harm to any person or company;
3.) Aom2 has free entertainment services open to any person, race or religion or any nationality, we do not have any discrimination, having the main focus of localization in China and availability in several languages, this document being in Brazilian Portuguese;
4.) Aom2 does not have any representative or owner, we use services contracted by third parties;
5.) Aom2 uses publicly available open codes and frameworks in its mechanism;
6.) We develop our content through a team of programmers and contributors.
7.) Our website, servers, open logs are located in several countries, which may cause connection problems, our servers are located in the following locations: United States, Canada, Texas and China.

10 - Do not sell or exchange any in-game content externally, whether in Real, Dollar, Euro and etc or in any other game.
11 - Do not use bugs (do not take advantage of bugs or game failures, if you find any errors report to a developer instead of using for your benefit)
12 - Do not share your account (either with brother, friend, cousin etc.)
13 - Misuse of trade chat ($) is not allowed, use of trade chat is exclusively for trading, this includes any activity other than trading or attempting to omit text under a trade ad.
DMCA
Aom2 is a Contributor Organization located in various parts of the world, with its main focus being located in Hangzhou, China.
Aom2 will respond to specific notices of copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (hereinafter "DMCA"). Aom2 may promptly remove copyright infringing materials from its website, regardless of its liability, upon receipt of a notice that meets the requirements of the DMCA:
512. Aom2, upon removal of any allegedly infringing materials, will make a good faith attempt to notify the owner of the materials so they can respond with a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C.
512(g)(3). If you believe that content hosted on the site infringes your copyright, please follow the DMCA steps outlined below:
If you are a copyright owner or the authorized agent of a copyright owner and you believe that content hosted on the website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice pursuant to the DMCA to provide our copyright agent recorded the following information in writing:

Aom2 will maintain a designated copyright agent who will receive notices of alleged infringement. Against Notification
- If you believe that content has been removed from the site in error, you may file a counter-notification with Aom2's designated copyright agent that meets the requirements of 17 USC 512(g)(2) and (g)(3) described below. Upon receipt of a counter notification, Aom2 may return the allegedly infringing content to the site.
- A counter notification must include:
1. Identification of the specific materials that have been removed from the site;
2. Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
3. A statement that, under penalty of perjury, you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification of the material;
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district in which Aom2 may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person providing notice or their agent; and
5. Your physical or electronic signature.
