Aom2 would like to thank you for your visit; this document contains the Terms and Conditions agreement for your visit and stay.
This agreement applies to Aom2 itself, as well as the use of all its services.
1. Legal agreement

2. User Identity/Account Creation
By creating a user identity (referred to as "User ID" and "Account"), completing and submitting the Aom2 registration form, you represent that you have reviewed, understand, and are in full compliance with the Terms of Service. 3. Account Security

If you discover that the confidentiality of your account login information may have been compromised, you should inform us immediately as soon as possible by submitting or forwarding a request for help via the Aom2 support service. . Aom2 has the right to obtain without notice certain information about your computer or software, including your operating system, identification of your hard drives, central processing unit, IP address and Internet browser for identification purposes. We may also obtain certain personal information from your connection to Aom2 for demographic purposes. Aom2 has the right to obtain without notice information from your computer, software or components, including your computer's random access memory, graphics card, central processing unit, hard disk and any other storage devices to assist our monitoring of malicious players who may develop and/or use "hacks" and/or "cheats" to gain an advantage over other users. The availability of a chat for commercial use does not grant or permit it to be used for such purposes.

You may not market, promote, advertise, trade, sell, exchange or solicit (including multi-level marketing and capital letters) items, virtual material or account/login information for commercial currency (real, dollar, euro etc.) through chat, social media or any other platform officially related to Aom2. This covers any type of virtual content available, as well as the exchange of such content between other online games.
I). You may not, directly or indirectly, encourage, incite or direct other team members Aom2 to violate the Terms of Service, the Rules of Conduct or any applicable rules.
J). You may not violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation.
K). You may not use the services of Aom2 for any illegal purpose. You may not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated/unlicensed software or other contraband while using any of our services.
L). You may not post, share or post links to websites that contain illegal/sexual material and potentially harmful content that may disrupt the accessibility of other users in the game or on our social media.

N). You may not leave a logged in account reproducing previously programmed actions, either by using software applications or physical objects used in any way for the same purpose. V). You may not knowingly accept an item that has been altered or manipulated in any way outside of the game's designed mechanism or illicit features from anyone in or outside the game. Aom2 has the right to temporarily or permanently confiscate any item without redress, even if a player has no prior knowledge of the item's origin, seeking to maintain the integrity of their games.

Y). You may not attempt to reproduce any Aom2 product on any platform that is not authorized, approved or controlled by Aom2 or applicable license holders.
By using the Aom2 services you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and will abide by them in full. You agree that these terms apply to anyone who has access to your account. This includes accessing your approval, permission or other account information anyway. You also agree that you are fully responsible for any and all consequences that may include suspensions or terminations of your account based on any violation of these terms by any person.

6. Other Termination Procedures
Users can initiate the Account termination process by placing a ticket in the respective Support section. Following a termination request, Aom2 reserves the right to temporarily deactivate the terminated User ID for a period of 14 days. Deactivation is a routine procedure designed to prevent users from performing deceptive or fraudulent activities.
In addition, your User ID will be disabled if you do not use it within three months of the date it was created or for any continuous period of three months after creation ("Six Month Term"). If you do not use your User ID for the Three Month Term, it may be removed and deleted by the administrator of Aom2 in its sole discretion.
7. Content
You acknowledge that the Software and Service contain graphics, music, sound effects, animation, video, style and text (collectively, "Content").
You agree that you have no right or title to any such content, including in-game virtual assets, or any other attributes or features of the Account or stored on the Service. No purchase is required to play. The operators of this website reserve the right to suspend or terminate the player's access to the website at any time for any reason.

3.) Aom2 has free entertainment services open to any person, race or religion or any nationality, we do not have any discrimination, having the main focus of localization in China and availability in several languages, this document being in Brazilian Portuguese;
4.) Aom2 does not have any representative or owner, we use services contracted by third parties;
5.) Aom2 uses publicly available open codes and frameworks in its mechanism;
6.) We develop our content through a team of programmers and contributors.

DMCA
Aom2 is a Contributor Organization located in various parts of the world, with its main focus being located in Hangzhou, China.
Aom2 will respond to specific notices of copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (hereinafter "DMCA"). Aom2 may promptly remove copyright infringing materials from its website, regardless of its liability, upon receipt of a notice that meets the requirements of the DMCA:
512. Aom2, upon removal of any allegedly infringing materials, will make a good faith attempt to notify the owner of the materials so they can respond with a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C.
512(g)(3). If you believe that content hosted on the site infringes your copyright, please follow the DMCA steps outlined below:

Against Notification
- If you believe that content has been removed from the site in error, you may file a counter-notification with Aom2's designated copyright agent that meets the requirements of 17 USC 512(g)(2) and (g)(3) described below. Upon receipt of a counter notification, Aom2 may return the allegedly infringing content to the site.
- A counter notification must include:
1. Identification of the specific materials that have been removed from the site;
2. Your name, address, telephone number and email address;

4.
